Greg Roth and Trevor Martin join AGC Partners

Two Veteran Bankers Hired to Expand Silicon Valley and Boston Offices

November 1, 2016 (Boston, MA and San Francisco, CA)—AGC Partners is pleased to announce its continued expansion with the hiring of its newest Partner, Greg Roth and its newest Principal, Trevor Martin.

Greg Roth joins AGC in its Silicon Valley office. With this addition, AGC’s West Coast office expands its breadth of coverage and deepens its resources to better serve existing and future clients in this critical market. Greg will primarily focus on enterprise software and security. Greg has over 20 years of experience working as an investment banker and principal investor, and has completed over 100 transactions with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $30 billion. He spent the bulk of his career with Credit Suisse First Boston, ThinkEquity, and Montgomery Securities. He earned his MBA from The Wharton School and his undergraduate degree from Brown University. Greg resides in Menlo Park with his wife Julie and three sons.

Trevor Martin has over 12 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance roles. He has advised on more than 35 closed transactions, totaling over $40 billion in deal value. Most recently, he worked at Moelis & Company as a Senior Vice President. Prior to Moelis, he worked at UBS in the technology, media and telecom group in New York. Trevor started his career at The Nielsen Company in their corporate finance group. He earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University. Trevor will work in AGC’s Boston headquarters and resides in Boston with his wife and son.
