November 18, 2014 (San Francisco, CA) — AGC Partners is pleased to announce that Gee Leung has joined the firm’s Silicon Valley office as a Partner in its Internet and Digital Media Group. Gee brings over 16 years of Investment Banking experience to AGC with his entire career dedicated to technology. Having completed over $3 billion of M&A and capital raising transactions, Gee has been a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, including some of the largest global technology and media companies such as Viacom and YP Holdings, as well as growth companies at the leading edge of innovation.
Gee joins Jon Guido and Linda Gridley, who co-head AGC’s Internet & Digital Media Group. Gee started his career in the Technology Investment Banking group at Salomon Brothers in the late ‘90s and remained with the firm through its multiple consolidations and transformation into Citigroup. He later worked with boutique banks prior to joining AGC including MESA, Friedman Billings Ramsey and Montgomery & Co.
